Local Network Lead Expression of Interest


We are looking for some passionate colleagues to take the lead in a couple of our UK & Ireland PRME Local Networks. There are currently two Local Network Leads (LNL) in each region and we are seeking an additional person to work collaboratively in these networks:


North Wales & North-West

London and South-East


The scope of the Local Network Lead role includes:

  • Organising, promoting and reporting on approximately 3 events per academic year.

  • Contributing to an event at the annual conference to increase awareness and engagement with the local PRME community. 

  • Supporting colleagues within the local networking community to understand PRME and get involved in activities. 


We are a friendly group and would welcome someone who can share our aspirations to spread the word about PRME and help us embed innovative initiatives into the Higher Education Responsible Management landscape.

The PRME Global Students (PGS) movement is offering a unique opportunity for students to shape responsible management practices globally, as they apply their knowledge beyond the borders of their campuses. 


There are two roles available to PGS participants:

  • PGS Global Taskforces.

PRME UK & Ireland Steering Committee Expression of Interest


Don’t forget to submit your Expression of Interest to join the PRME UK & Ireland Chapter Steering Committee.


For this call, we are particularly keen to recruit Steering Committee members with expertise in Communications and/or Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. We expect at least one further position to open in 2025, for the role of Chapter Treasurer.

Are you an Educator striving to foster sustainable mindsets within your students? 

If so, this is for you!


PRME UK & Ireland are introducing a new Sustainability Mindset Action Lab, to support Educators with developing integration strategies.


Across four synchronous virtual meetings, participants will dive into the 12 Sustainability Mindset Principles and develop a strategy on how to embed them into their particular course and context. 


Here at PRME UK & Ireland, we listen to our members, and therefore we are glad to announce that we are offering a 10% discount for the PRME community.

Working Group Tour - Sustainability Mindset 


The second session of the Working Group tour is set to focus on developing a Sustainability Mindset. 


Featuring Working Group Lead Dr Isabel Rimanoczy (Founder of the Sustainability Mindset Indicator), Dr Barbara Tomasella (Senior Lecturer in Marketing, University of Derby) and Dr Orla Kelleher (Senior Lecturer in Responsible Management, University of Derby). 


What to expect:


  • This is an ideal way to meet Isabel and learn about the principles; an opportunity that would interest a wide group from educators and students, to any other PRME supporters. 

  • Barbara will discuss her Enterprise Educators UK funded project on developing a sustainability mindset toolkit for enterprise education. 

  • Orla will discuss the contribution of her MBA programme focus on ‘Spiritual Intelligence’ as part of this toolkit. 


Attendees do not need to be members of PRME.
